This Indonesia Adena specialty coffee comes from the renowned Gayo region in Sumatra, grown at 1100 masl for optimal sweetness and clarity in the cup. Carefully handpicked and selected by producer Fahman Yoga / Adena, the beans are naturally processed and roasted in small batches to highlight the unique character of Typica, Red Bourbon, and Tim Tim varietals.
